If you think you might know Jack, but aren't sure, here is a short biography. Jack was born in 1975 in Shreveport, Louisiana, but spent most of his early years in Houston, Texas. He attended West Briar School, Lanier Middle School, and the High School for the Engineering Professions. In 1994, he moved to Boston to attend MIT. In 2010, he returned to Texas. He also worked for Athenahealth for several years, before joining Devoted.
